Service Agreement and Estimates
Estimates and Quotes

Materials and Warranty
Materials

Customer is responsible for purchasing and providing all tile
materials unless otherwise agreed

We recommend purchasing 10-15% extra materials to account for cuts
and future repairs

We are not responsible for material defects or shortages not caused
by our installation

Material delivery and storage at the job site is the customer's
responsibility unless arranged otherwise
Warranty
- We provide a 2-year warranty on our installation workmanship

Warranty covers installation defects but not normal wear and tear or
damage from misuse

Material defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, not our
installation warranty
- Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of discovery
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure successful project completion, customers agree to:

Provide clear access to work areas and remove personal belongings

Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available during work
hours

Obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals before work begins
- Communicate any concerns or changes promptly
- Inspect completed work and report any issues within 48 hours
- Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule
Liability and Insurance

Premier Tile Company carries general liability and workers'
compensation insurance

We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused
by our work
- Customer property damage claims must be reported immediately

Our liability is limited to the cost of correcting defective work or
the contract amount, whichever is less
- We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages
Cancellation and Changes
Project Cancellation

Projects may be cancelled with 48 hours written notice before work
begins

Cancellations after work has started may incur charges for completed
work and materials

Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or

Scope Changes

- Damage to property not directly caused by our work
- Delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms
will be posted on our website with a new "Last updated" date.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of
the modified Terms.
